摘要
通过对双向90°弯曲零件的冲压工艺的分析,提出一种高效可行的摆动压块弯曲成型模具的设计方案, 该方案是通过凸模向下的冲压运动来带动一个摆动压块的快速摆动,一次完成此类零件的弯曲成型。 文中重点对该模具关键部分摆动压块的计算与设计进行了介绍,并讨论了对零件的回弹控制问题。
Based on the study of the traditional bending mould, a new and efficient design is introduced, which the bending mould with wiggling and pressing block is applied to press the machine-parts with two opposite angle of 90? then analysis the design in details.
