摘要
设计了一种微小扭矩高精度测量传感器。采用4片等厚的弹性臂作为弹性件,配合应变片测量微小扭 矩作用下的形变。经过有限元分析确定其结构参数,设计出较为合理的截面。经实验,该扭矩传感器的 刚度符合设计要求,能够满足微小扭矩高精度测量的需要。
In this paper, a new type of high precision torque sensor is presented, which uses four same thickness elastic arms to amplify distortion under small torque. By means of FEM, we can determine its structure's parameters in order to get a proper stiffness value. The experiment has tested that this sensor's stiffness can meet the demands for micro-torque measurement.
