肥胖症脂肪组织表达蛋白差异筛选初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :比较肥胖症患者和非肥胖对照者脂肪组织蛋白表达的差异。方法 :采用蛋白双向凝胶电泳技术分离脂肪组织总蛋白 ,PD Quest软件分析电泳结果 ,选择有显著差异的蛋白点做介质辅助的激光解吸飞行时间质谱 (MALDI TOF MS)分析。结果 :两种脂肪组织标本大部分蛋白点匹配 ,经MALDI TOF MS分析和数据库搜索有一个未知蛋白和两个已知序列蛋白在两种脂肪组织的表达差异有显著性。结论 :双向凝胶电泳技术和MALDI TOF MS是进行脂肪组织蛋白质组研究的有效手段 ,通过分析这些表达有差异的蛋白质可以进一步明确肥胖症的病因 。
