摘要
首先构建了一个优化与仿真分离的仿真优化框架 ,该框架的核心是混合优化算法模块和物流仿真模块 ,笔者根据物流仿真的特点提出了一种改进的区域收缩遗传算法和增强连续型禁忌搜索算法混合的优化算法 ,也是本文中讨论的重点 .并基于该框架开发了一个仿真优化软件系统 ,最后利用此系统优化了一个生产线实例 .
In this paper, firstly, a simulation and optimization framework of separating optimization from simulation is constructed, which kernel consists of a module of hybrid optimal algorithm and a module of material flow simulation, According to the feature of material flow simulation, a new hybrid optimal algorithm is put forward that integrates area-shrinked genetic algorithm and enhanced continuous tabu search algorithm, and it is emphase in the paper. Finally, a manufacturing line optimization is taken as an example to show the validity of the system.
