疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝(附246例报告)

Plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia: A report of 246 cases

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的可行性。 方法 使用美国巴德公司生产的锥型充填物及成型补片 (MeshPlugandPatch)施行疝环充填式无张力修补 2 4 6例腹股沟疝。 结果 手术时间 2 0min～ 6 0min ,平均 4 5min。无 1例使用镇痛药物 ,切口疼痛时间 2天～ 3天。术后 3h～ 6h病人能下床活动。术后发生并发症 9例 ,(0 0 4 % ) ,无 1例发生心、肺、脑并发症 ,无 1例切口感染。全部病人随访 1月～ 2 1月 ,无复发。 结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝可行 ,其手术指征宽 ,操作简单 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,并发症少和复发率低。

Objective To discuss the feasibility of plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods By using Mesh Plug and Patch (Bard Co., USA), plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty was used in 246 cases of inguinal hernia. Results The operation time ranged from 20 min to 60 min, with a mean of 45 min. The duration of incisional pain was 2～3 days, and no analgesics were required. The patients began to get out of bed (3～6) hours postoperatively. Complications occurred in 9 cases (0 04%) but there were no complications of heart, lung, brain, or incisional infection. Follow-up for (1～21) months in all the cases found no recurrence. Conclusions Characterized by broad indication, easy to use, minimal invasion, rapid recovery, fewer complications, and low recurrence, plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty is feasible in the treatment of inguinal hernia.
