4焦炭塔大型化的设计考虑
4.1水力除焦设备世界上延迟焦化装置规模越来越大,例如20世纪90年代初美国雪佛龙公司的帕斯卡戈拉炼油厂焦化装置加工能力为3.10 Mt/a,采用"三炉六塔"流程,平均焦炭塔单塔能力为1.0 Mt/a;20世纪90年代后期,美国Premcor公司在德克萨斯州的阿瑟港炼油厂建了一套规模4.40Mt/a的焦化装置,采用"三炉六塔"流程,使焦炭塔单塔能力达到1.47Mt/a.
Considerations for the design of domestic delayed coker have been studied in such aspects as multiple-feeds, product requirements, long period running of the coker heater, large-scale coker drum, coker fractionator structure, hydraulic decoking, interlock control and the utilization of coker slop oil and refinery slurry etc. Design trend of delayed coker in the future has been indicated as well.
