摘要 边界单元法比有限单元法有重大的优点:1)方程组的规模小得多,2)向计算机输入数据少得多;3)适用于无界区域。这些优点使边界单元法更便于解决二维和三维地球物理正演问题。本文简单介绍边界单元法的原理及其在地球物理勘探中的应用。 The boundary element method is a technique which offers important advantages over finite element method: 1) the much smaller systems of equations. 2)considerable reduction in thedata required to input into computer,3) suitable for infinite domain. Based on these advantages, the boundary element method is more convenient to solve the two-or three-dimensional geophysical direct problems. The principle of boundary element method and its application to geophysical prospecting is briefly described.
