用美国精馏研究公司(FRI)的技术分析了大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司2.0 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置主分馏塔的极限操作,对现场取得的数据进行解释,提出了优化设计方案,探讨了处理量为2.8Mt/a操作的可能性。深入探讨了对筛孔塔板的优化设计判据,指出应根据塔板的作用来区别考虑塔板的适宜操作范围。
Main fractionator ultimate operation of 40 000 b/d RFCC unit for Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Company has been analyzed with FRI technology. Data obtained from worksite have been interpreted and the optimum design scheme proposed. Possibility of the unit expansion to 56 000 b/d has been discussed together with the optimum design criterion of sieve tray. It is pointed that an appropriate operation range for a tray ought to be considered according to its purpose.
