扬子石化公司炼油厂减压塔技术改造

REVAMPING OF THE VACUUM TOWER IN REFINERY OF YANGZI PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY

简要介绍扬子石油化工股份有限公司炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置减压塔改造情况。标定结果表明,通过对减压塔内填料、分布器、集油箱等内件改造,满足了装置3.5 Mt/a扩能设计要求,装置负荷提至3.8 Mt/a时,减压塔运行正常。减压拔出率提高1.15个百分点,减压侧线产品质量得到改善。

Revamping of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Refinery of Yangzi Petrochemical Company is expounded briefly. Evaluation result shows that through the revamping of internals in the vacuum tower, such as packing, distributor and the accumulator tray , design requirements of expanding the unit capacity to 70 000 b/d have been met. Furthermore, the vacuum tower keeps a normal running even when the unit capacity is increased to 76 000 b/d. Topping ratio of the vacuum tower has been increased by 1.15 percent point and the product quality of the vacuum tower side streams has been improved.
