摘要
文章对典型区域性网络化协同设计、制造平台进行了系统的研究 ,该区域内的制造业具有多行业分布、中小企业居多的特点 ,而且大部分资金、高新技术匮乏 ,产品开发周期长 ,但是高校、大院大所等拥有的大型软件资源、核心技术及实验室资源、领域专家的成果等优势资源不能充分发挥作用 ,针对这一现状 ,组建了符合该区域需求的机电、模具、产品创新等网络化专业协同设计制造平台 ,利用资源导航台实现跨专业平台的协同设计、制造 ,从而建立了高等院校、研究所和企业间的网络化联盟和协作。并进一步探索了不同类型企业的协同设计、制造模式 ,从技术应用角度阐述了其运行和管理机制 。
This paper carries on a systematic research in typical regional network cooperation design and manufacture platform. There is a character of multi-industry distributing, small and medium-sized enterprises in the majority. And most enterprises are deficient in fund, new and high technology. Their products development period are long. But universities, academes have large-scale software resource, key technology and laboratory resource, achievement of domain expert, etc. And they can't bring into use fully. Aiming at current situation, the network cooperation design and manufacture platform consists of mechanical and electronics, mould and products innovation that suit current regional demand. User can achieve the shift in multi-professional platform using the Resources-Navigational-Platform. Therefore the union and cooperation between universities and enterprises based on network can set up. And more the mode of cooperation design and manufacture of deferent type enterprise is search after, giving the running and management pattern from the aspect of technology. At last the setting up and using of the professional cooperation design and manufacture platform which face mechanical and electronical products is given to show the advancement of the platform.
