摘要
介绍了一种二维微位移工作台系统的工作原理 ,结合该工作台建立了柔性铰链机构与驱动器的机电耦合模型 ,利用卷积积分求出了其耦合响应 ,并分析了影响工作台定位精度的主要因素 。
This article introduces the work principle of a two dimension micro-displacements worktable system. The mechanic-electrical coupling model on the flexible gemel mechanism and its driver is established for this worktable, its coupling respond is obtained by using the convolution calculus theorem, and the main factors also are analysed, which affect the orientation precision of the worktable. It provides a theoretic basis for the improvement of the response velocity and precision in the design of the flexible gemel mechanism and its control system.
