摘要 简单地介绍了酸性硫化物存在形式及其危害。主要研究了以糠醛为溶剂脱除催化裂化柴油中的酸性硫化物 ,考察了不同的剂油比、抽提次数、抽提温度、抽提时间和静置时间对脱除硫化物的影响。实验结果表明 ,抽提温度为 90℃ ,剂油比为 0 .8,6 0min可以抽提完成 ,抽提次数为 4次 ,脱硫率可以达到 80 %以上 。 The formation of sour sulfurization and its harm were introduced in this paper. Sour sulfurization in catalytic diesel oil was mainly studied by using furfural as solvent, and the ratio between different solvent and oil, drawing times, drawing temperature, drawing time and quieting time were reviewed. This experimental result showed when drawing temperature was 90 ℃, the ratio between solvent and oil was 0.8, drawing time was 60 min and drawing times were 4 times, desulfurization may reach above 80% and solvent can be reclaimed and used.
