摘要
零居室小户型属于小户型居住空间的一种类型,研究主要针对目前房地产开发的使用面积在40m?以内,具备丰富居住功能的零居室小户型。通过对零居室小户型特点的分析,研究在功能空间设计时如何细致入微地体现"人本精神",力图使零居室小户型功能空间设计更具创新性,最终从精神和使用层面更好地满足居住者的需要。
zero bedroom small house is one type of small living space,which is aimed at dwelling area of 40 square meter with multi-function in the real estate development. By analyzing the characteristics of zero bedroom small house,how to reflect "humane spirit" in every possible way and try to make zero living space design more creative,ultimately better meet occupants’ needs.
