安氟醚吸入麻醉在肩关节复位术的应用

Application Enflurane Inhalation Anesthesia for Shoulder Joint Reduction

目的 :探讨安氟醚吸入麻醉应用于肩关节脱位整复手术中的可行性 ,并与臂丛阻滞麻醉进行比较。方法 :采用病人自愿选择麻醉及麻醉方式 ,将 2 2 3例急诊肩关节脱位患者分为两组 ,安氟醚吸入麻醉组 ( E组 )及臂丛神经阻滞麻醉组 ( B组 ) ,观察两种麻醉方法下复位和效果。结果 :E组在麻醉优良率、起效时间、手法整复时间上优于 B组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :全凭安氟醚吸入麻醉用于肩关节脱位手法整复术方法便利简单 ,效果可靠 ,留观时间短 。

Objective:Studed feasibility of enflurane inhalation anesthesia for shoulder joint dislocation,and compared with block of brachial plexus.Methods:Divided 223 patients into two groups,one was enflurane inhalation anesthesia (group E),another block (group B).Results:It is much better in the rate of anesthesia choiceness,the time of appear effect,the period of operation that the group E than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enflurane inhalation anesthesia are used for the shoulder joint reduction is briefness and advantage,is shorter for period of observation,is feasibility and safety.
