Calculation of Base Yield Rate for Economic Evaluation of Petroleum Exploration and Production Projects

基准收益率是投资者进行投资机会选择的主要判断依据之一,是投资者对其投资项目收益率的最低期望要求。从投资者角度来讲,恰当地确定基准收益率是一个相当重要又比较棘手的问题。文章讨论了银行贷款利率法和加权平均成本法两种确定油气田勘探开发项目经济评价中基准收益率的方法,分析了基准收益率的影响因素及确定方法。

Base yield is one of the major basis for investor to make a decision on an investment opportunity and is the minimum expectation of investors to an investment project Determination of base yield rate is very important but very difficult Two calculation methods, namely bank loan interest rate method and weight averaged cost method, are introduced in this paper for base yield rate of petroleum exploration and production projects. The influent factors of base yield rate and their determination are also discussed.
