摘要
随着我国加入WTO,我国成品油销售企业将面临日益严峻的竞争,如何在短时间内提高企业竞争力,成为各界关注的焦点。文章提出了低成本战略、企业再造战略、品牌营销战略、服务营销战略等四大战略作为提升成品油销售企业竞争力的重要途径,并提出了相应的具体实施策略。
Rigorous competence will face domestic petroleum product sale enterprises along with China's entry into WTO. How to improve their competence in a short time has become the focus of all. This paper introduces 4 strategies including low cost strategy, enterprise reconstruction strategy, famous brand marketing strategy, and service marketing strategy.
