Quantitative Analysis of Silicon in Organic Silicon Compounds

通过试验比较了称量法和大型仪器法测量有机硅化合物中硅的两种定量分析方法,称量法虽然是测量物质中元素含量的经典方法,但由于测量周期较长,效率较低。用X荧光大型仪器,通过薄样测量方式建立了一种简便、快速、准确、实用的分析方法,充分显示了大型仪器法测量的优越性。

Two quantitative analytical methods, weight method and instrument measuring method, are compared through experiment. The weight method, although a typical method for measurement of element contents, has low efficiency due to the long measurement cycle. While large X ~ ray instrument measuring method is simple, fast, accurate and practical, thus has many advantages.
