海上高墩盖梁施工技术

高墩盖梁由于立柱高 ,施工难度大。一般采用搭设支架 ,费料费工。本文根据深圳盐坝高速下洞大桥高墩的设计 ,在施工中采用抱箍施工盖梁的技术 ,通过实践 ,取得较好的效果 ,达到施工安全、快捷 ,保证工程质量的要求 ,可供高墩的盖梁施工参考。

Bent cap of tall pier is hard to be built because of the tall post. It is generally constructed by erecting frames and this has to use a lot of materials and labors. This paper introduces the bent cap construction technology developed according to the tall pier design of Xiadong Bridge in Yantian-Bagang Expressway in Shenzhen. Results show that this technology is fairly good and can guarantee the engineering quality.
