摘要
半刚性基层容易产生收缩裂缝并反射到沥青面层上 ,从裂缝进水又不能排除 ,导致沥青路面出现早期破坏。解决半刚性基层开裂反射缝的有效途径就是在沥青面层与半刚性基层之间增设级配碎石过渡层 ,或者全部采用柔性级配碎石基层。为了达到此目的 ,在南广高速公路上采用级配碎石作了 4种不同路面结构型式的试验路和依托工程。本文主要介绍级配碎石的施工方法 ,并针对施工中出现的问题 ,提出了相应技术处理措施。
Shrinkage cracks easily appear on the semi-rigid base, which can be reflected on the asphalt surface and cause in the early damage of asphalt pavement. An efficient way for solving the cracking on the semi-rigid base is to place a transition layer between the asphalt surface and semi-rigid base, or build a base only with flexible graded broken stones. This paper introduces the graded broken stone construction method for the graded broken stones used in the test roads or supporting projects with four different pavement structural types in Nanchong-Guangan Expressway. The corresponding technical measures are presented aiming at the problems in the construction.
