In the informanised age,people have greatly changed their views on the concept of intellectual property rights and the storage of information has been changed in a new manner. The libraries,as the medium of transmitting information,should enlarge their functions of service in the new field under the current network environment. At the same time,the libraries in universities should pay their attention to the change of their concepts of service and the conscious protection of the intellectual property rights.
