摘要
北京市在21家大中型国有企业及国有控股企业开展工资总量决定机制放开的综合配套改革试点,企业可以在工会与行政进行平等协商的基础上自主决定工资。针对试点中发现的问题,我们应该加强工资集体协商的立法工作,完善政策,加大对工资协商的专项培训。
The salary reform experiments on which the mechanisms is being operated by the total salaries are conducted in twenty three large and middle - scale state enterprises and the state con-troling stock enterprises. On the basis of consultation and equality between trade unions and administrative departments, the enterprises can formulate the salary itself. To counter the problems that have been discovered, we must strengthen the legislation on 'Collective Consulting Salaries', perfect the policy and promote the specialized training.
