在全面建设小康社会的进程中 ,工会应引导职工树立加快知识更新和终身学习的观念 ,工会应组织职工进行业余文化技术学习和职工培训 ,依法维护职工接受职业技能培训的权利 。

In our building up a relatively comfortable life, trade unions should guide workers and staff to foster the ideas on renewal of knowledge and lifelong study; to develop labor training for workers and staff to heighten their educational level; to safeguard their right to training of skill and technique according to low; and to take heightening workers and staffs quality as one of the important content of safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests.
