摘要
研究与开发是企业技术创新的初始阶段,也是技术创新能否实现最为关键的阶段。企业集团研发管理的组织结构大致可归纳为三种模式:单一中心式研发管理模式、多中心式研发管理模式和轴心式管理模式。研究研发管理组织结构的目的就在于通过分析不同组织结构对创新效率的影响,发掘不同结构形式的优点和劣势,为企业集团的研究活动提供更有利的组织保障。
Research and development is the first stage of technical innovation of enterprises, and it's also the key stage that determine the realization of the technical innovation. Its organizing structure of enterprise groups can be summed up three ways: Single-centre、 'Many-Centres' and 'Axle Centre' style of researh、development and management. The aim of its research is to find superiority and inferiority of different structures through analyzing different organizing structures' influence to innovation effect. A more favorable organized safeguard will be offered to the research activities of enterprise groups.
