摘要
【目的】对高原战士的劳动作业能力进行评价,并对可能的影响因素进行分析。【方法】选择驻高原武警某部集训队战士101名,踏阶实验测定身体做功能力(physical work capacity 170,PWC170)来评价高原战士劳动作业能力,用心率仪记录基础心率及踏阶运动停止前的运动心率,并同时记录血氧饱和度sPO2变化。选择不同因素分析其与PWC170的关系。【结果】高原战士平均基础心率为(73.3±13.2)次/min,血氧饱和度sPO2为(95.1±2.1)%,PWC170为(1 034.8±226.2)kg·m·min-1。入驻2年的战士平均基础心率为(70.5±13.6)次/min,显著低于入驻1年组战士的平均基础心率(76.1±12.2)次/min(P<0.05),同时入驻2年组战士的平均PWC170值显著高于入驻1年组战士(P<0.05)。以基础心率60次/min为界,基础心率≤60次/min的战士具有更强的劳动作业能力。以海拔500 m为界,入伍前居住地海拔≤500 m组的战士与入伍前居住地海拔>500 m组战士相比较,二者的PWC170无统计学差异(P>0.05)。运动后战士的平均sPO2为(91.6±4.7)%,较运动前平均sPO2降低了3.5%,但sPO2运动后变化与PWC170无相关性。【结论】随着进驻高原时间的延长,人员的劳动作业能力也会随之增加,基础心率≤60次/min的人员在高原具有更强的劳动作业能力。而sPO2及其运动后的变化与劳动作业能力无相关性。
【Objective】To evaluate the operation ability of soldiers at high altitude and analyze the possible influencing factors.【Methods】A total of 101 soldiers from a training team of the armed police stationed in the plateau were selected.PWC170 was measured by step test to evaluate their operation ability.The baseline heart rate and exercise heart rate before stepping stopped were recorded by heart rate meter,and the changes of sPO2 were recorded simultaneously.Different potential factors were selected to analyze their relationship with PWC170.【Results】The average baseline heart rate was(73.3±13.2)beats/min,the average oxygen saturation sPO2 was(95.1±2.1)%,and the average PW170 value was(1 034.8±226.2)kg·m·min-1.The average baseline heart rate of soldiers stationed for two years was(70.5±13.6)beats/min,which was significantly lower than that of soldiers stationed for one year(76.1±12.2)beats/min(P<0.05),and the average PW170 value of soldiers stationed for two years was significantly higher than that of soldiers stationed for one year(P<0.05).The soldiers whose basal heart rates were less than or equal to 60 beats/min showed stronger operation ability.With an altitude of 500 m as the boundary,there was no significant difference in PWC170 between soldiers living at or below 500 m before enlistment and those living above 500 m before enlistment.The average sPO2 of soldiers after exercise was(91.6±4.7)%,which was 3.5%lower than that before exercise,but there was no correlation between the change of sPO2 after exercise and PW170.【Conclusion】With the prolongation of the time stationed in the plateau,the operation ability of soldiers will also increase.The soldiers whose baseline heart rate are less than or equal to 60 beats/min have stronger working ability in the plateau.However,there is no correlation between sPO2 or its changes after exercise and operation ability.
