白花败酱草提取物的止泻作用

Anti-diarrheal effect of extracts from Patrinia villosa Juss

【目的】研究白花败酱草60%乙醇提取物及其二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水层等不同极性提取物的止泻作用。【方法】分别用乙酰胆碱和蓖麻油诱导大鼠小肠体外收缩亢进模型和小鼠体内腹泻模型,采用大鼠离体肠实验和小鼠小肠碳末推进实验考察白花败酱草60%乙醇提取物及其不同极性部位的止泻作用效果。【结果】白花败酱草60%乙醇提取物及不同极性提取物均能拮抗乙酰胆碱导致的大鼠离体肠收缩亢进,均可抑制蓖麻油诱导的小鼠腹泻,剂量依赖性降低腹泻小鼠的小肠碳末推进率,其中二氯甲烷层的体内、外止泻效果最为显著。【结论】白花败酱草60%乙醇提取物及其不同极性提取物均具有一定的止泻作用,且以二氯甲烷层为较优止泻活性部位。

【Objective】To study the anti-diarrheal effect of ethanol extracts from Patrinia villosa Juss.and four polar parts of the extracts including dichloromethane layer,ethyl acetate layer,N-butanol layer and water layer.【Methods】The models of isolated intestine cramps in rats were induced by acetylcholine and the experimental diarrhea in mice was induced by castor oil.The isolated intestine test in rats and the method of propelling carbon powder in mice were used to investigate the anti-diarrheal effects of ethanol extracts and different polar parts from Patrinia villosa Juss..【Results】The ethanol extracts and four different polar parts of Patrinia villosa Juss.all showed antagonistic effects on the contraction of isolated rat intestines by decreasing the contraction tension.They also performed inhibitory effect against the intestinal carbon propulsion of mice with diarrhea induced by castor oil,with a dose-effect relationship in some degree,among which the dichloromethane layer showed the strongest effect.【Conclusion】The ethanol extracts of Patrinia villosa Juss.and different polar parts can inhibit the intestinal spasm induced by acetylcholine and decrease the propellant rate of castor oil-induced-diarrheal mice,where the dichloromethane layer has stronger activity than the others.They show certain antidiarrheal effect.
