全膝关节置换术快速康复的相关研究进展

Advances in enhancing recovery after surgery of TKA

随着我国人口老龄化的逐年加剧,膝骨关节炎的发病率也逐年增加,全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)作为终极治疗手段,手术量也在逐年增长。TKA操作技术已经标准化,但是围手术期疼痛、出血以及功能锻炼等仍是临床医生关注的重点。继而有学者提出加速康复外科(enhancing recovery after surgery,ERAS)。ERAS是指运用各种经循证医学证实的措施对患者进行围手术期管理,减少患者术后的不良反应,提高康复效率。

With the aging of the population in China,the incidence of knee osteoarthritis has increased year by year.Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is the ultimate treatment,and the amount of surgery is increasing year by year.TKA operating techniques have been standardized,but perioperative pain,bleeding and functional exercise are still the focus of clinicians’attention.Then some scholars proposed enhancing recovery after surgery(ERAS).ERAS refers to the use of various evidence-based medical measures to manage patients during the perioperative period,reduce adverse reactions after surgery and improve recovery efficiency.
