摘要
内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)是近年来内镜治疗的一项新技术,尽早检出及治疗消化道息肉对预防消化道恶性肿瘤具有极其重要临床意义。EMR顺利进行、疗效满意,不仅与医生的治疗有关,而且与护理人员的精心护理密不可分。现对内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃息肉患者的临床护理模式进行简要综述,为明确以人为本为核心的护理策略提供指导。
Endoscopic mucectomy(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)is a new technique of endoscopic therapy in recent years.Early detection and treatment of gastrointestinal polyps is of great clinical significance in the prevention of gastrointestinal malignant tumors.EMR goes smoothly and its therapeutic efficacy is satisfactory,which is not only related to the treatment of doctors,but also inseparable from the careful care of nursing staff.This article briefly summarized the clinical nursing model for endoscopic mucosonectomy in the treatment of gastric polyp,and provided guidance for the people-oriented care strategy.
