新兵集训应激后成长量表的初步编制

Development of posttraumatic growth inventory for recruits training

【目的】编制新兵集训应激后成长量表,并对量表的信度和效度进行检验,旨在提供新兵集训应激后成长有效测量工具。【方法】采用理论与实践相结合的编制策略。(1)以创伤后成长概念以及创伤后成长量表为基础,通过分析1 281名新兵开放式问卷调查结果,收集新兵集训后心理成长的方面和特点,形成新兵集训应激后成长预测量表。(2)对400名新兵施测预测量表,通过项目分析及探索性因素分析进行条目筛选和结构探索,形成正式量表。(3)对300名新兵施测正式量表、韧性量表,另外选取50名新兵14 d后重测正式量表,以检验内部一致性信度、重测信度、结构效度及校标效度。【结果】(1)编制的新兵集训应激后成长量表共22个条目,包括生活积极改变、军人角色认同、个人力量增强和人际关系改善等4个因子,4个因子累积方差贡献率为53.842%。(2)量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.933;重测信度为0.837。(3)验证性因素分析χ2/df=2.647、GFI=0.853、NFI=0.820、CFI=0.878、RMSEA=0.077、RMR=0.065;量表总分与韧性量表总分的相关系数为0.517。【结论】编制的新兵集训应激后成长量表信度和效度指标达到心理测量学的基本要求,可以作为新兵集训应激后成长的评估工具。当然,该量表还需要在使用中进一步完善。

【Objective】The posttraumatic growth inventory for recruits training(PTGI-RT)was developed to provide an objective measure for the growth of recruits after training.【Methods】Based on PTGI and 1281 recruits’psychological growth information through open questionnaire,PTGI-RT was formed;400 recruits were tested with original version of PTGI-RT to screen the items and explore the structure to form PTGI-RT through items analysis and exploratory factor analysis;300 recruits were tested with PTGI-RT and CD-RISC and another 50 recruits did the PTGI-RT re-testing 14 days later to examine the reliability and validity of PTGI-RT.【Results】PTGI-RT included 22 items and consisted of four factors:positive changes in life,identity with soldiers’roles,enhancement of personal strength,and improvement of interpersonal relationship,accounting for 53.842%of whole variance.Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the PTGI-RT was 0.933,and the test-retest reliability was 0.837.Confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ2/df=2.647,GFI=0.853,NFI=0.820,CFI=0.878,RMSEA=0.077,and RMR=0.065.There was significant positive correlation between the total score of the PTGI-RT and CD-RISC,r=0.517.【Conclusion】The reliability and validity of PTGI-RT meet the basic requirements of psychometrics.Of course,the psychometric properties of PTGI-RT need further examination in use.
