摘要
分析了中医药学发展历史过程中各个时期共存的发展模式 :理论密切联系实际 ,在临床实践中研究、深化、发展中医药学基础理论 ;以中医药学理论指导临床 ,从临床研究中发现问题、创新思路、建立新学说 ;引进其他国家、民族医药学治疗方法 ,补充归化为中医药学理论内涵 ;引进各种有疗效的药物 ,补充、增加为中药的新品种。论述了现代中医药学研究和发展应遵循的方向 :中医药学的基础理论是中医药学发展方向的指导思想 ;中医药学现代研究的误区在于脱离中医药学理论指导 ,脱离临床实际 ;中医药现代研究必须引进现代一切有关生命科学的新进展、新认识、新方法、新技术 。
The same developing pattern of TCM in history was analyzed;Theory were closely connected with practice;The basic theory was studied,deepened and developed in clinical practice;New theories were set up,thoughts were innovated and problems were found through clinical research and new theory can be established with the complement of practice from foreign nations;New kinds of Chinese Medicine were added from effective treatment.The basic theory of TCM is the guidance of TCM development.New development,New point of view,method and technology relevant to life science must be introduced to the modern research of TCM so as to design science research and proceed laboratory study under the guidance of TCM theory.
