摘要
论述了施工准备阶段的工作质量对项目建设整个过程的重要性 ,介绍了施工准备阶段监理工作的内容、方法 ,并分析了在工作中应注意的问题及需掌握的原则。
The roles of engineering quality control in preparatory construction stage for whole construction is discussed. With regard to the supervision work in preparation process detail items and method are introduced as well as the matters needing attention and the principle for problems handling.
