根据施工项目成本管理的特点 ,分析了目前管理中存在的具体问题 ,从坚持月结成本制度、实现成本的动态管理等方面 ,提出对施工项目成本实行有效管理的对策。

According to the characteristics of project cost management in this paper analysis is carried out with regard to the issues existed in present management. In addition, in terms of establishing cost control system based upon month settlement, realizing dynamic cost management and other aspects several effective cost management measures are proposed.
