摘要
在胨PS和麸皮培养液中 ,戴氏虫草菌丝体得率高 ,振荡培养较静止培养得率高 ,但投入也较高。人工培养菌丝体的紫外吸收光谱与冬虫夏草相一致 。
The mycelia yield of Cordgceps taii mycellia was high in peptone tomato sucrose and bran media.The yield of shake culture was higher than that of calm culture,but the investment was higher.The ultraviolet absorption spectrum of cultured Cordyceps taii mycelia was similar to that of Cordyceps sinensis and its content of amino acids and minerals were rich.
