摘要
本文运用内生交易费用理论对农地股份合作制的过渡性质作出了判断与发展。研究表明 ,农村用地制度的演进规律遵循内生交易费用递减原则 ,而农地股份合作制的共有所有权与封闭治理必然导致较高的内生交易费用 ,解决这一矛盾的办法是走向股份制。鉴于政策的延续性 ,在推行农地股份合作制时 ,适当扩大股份制因素 ,进行过渡性的制度安排是顺应这一理论推演的现实做法。
This article makes a judgement and development to the rural soil stock-cooperate system by exerting the theory of inner-cost of exchange.
