The Government Must Constantly Strengthen its FinancialSupport for Agriculture in Order to Improve its Competitiveness

农业的基础性、弱质性和风险性决定了政府必须从根本上重视农业 ,不断加大财政对农业的支持力度 ,以提高农业的竞争力。而我国现行的农业财政政策已越来越不适应现代农业发展的要求 ,因此增加财政对农业的投入力度 ,建立有效的农业保护机制 ,不断创新农业投入的管理监督机制已迫在眉睫。

Agriculture is fundamental, weak and involves a lot of risks, which requires the government to attach great importance to it radically. So it is very urgent to increase financial input for agriculture, establish effective protective mechanisms of agriculture and constantly bring forth new ideas in management systems and supervision mechanisms of agriculture
