The system introduced in this paper is programmed in visual basic which is a visualized orient objected computer language. Using this system, a surveyor can design a optimum network,estimate its precision, calculate its liability, visualize error, show and draw graphs, translate coordinate from a system into another or from a project zone into another or from a project plane into another, seek related data.
