摘要
全氟辛酸和SOCl_2经酰基化反应,再与乙醇胺经酰胺化反应得到N-羟乙基全氟辛酰胺,然后分别与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯作用制得N-羟乙基全氟辛酰胺丙烯酸酯单体。以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)为溶剂,上述单体与丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等酯类单体进行溶液聚合得到全氟丙烯酸酯共聚物,并在此基础上加入硅烷偶联剂单体KH-570,制得有机硅改性全氟丙烯酸酯溶液共聚物,性能测试结果表明:该有机硅改性共聚物具有优良的硬度、耐水、耐碱、耐溶剂、表面自洁及耐沾污性能等,可用来制备性能优良的氟硅涂料。
The perfluoro-caprylic acid and SOC12 are acydated and then amidated with cholamine to prepare N-ethanol perfluoro-caprylic amine. The prepared compound is reacted with TDI and μ -hydroxy-ethyl methacrylate into N- hydroxy-ethyl perfluoro-caprylate monomer. With the initiator of AIBN and solution of MIBK, the prepared monomer is polymerized with ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate, etc to perfluoro-acrylate copolymer, and incorporated further with silicane coupler KH-570 to finalize silicone modified perfluoro-acrylate copolymer solution. The testing result indicates that the prepared copolymer has excellent properties including hardness, water proof, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, self-cleaning and antifouling, etc. It can be used for high performance fluorosilicate coatings.
