摘要
提出了一种基于模糊控制的引线框架用铜合金导电性能预测模型。结果表明,在试验范围内,模糊控制对引线框架铜合金时效后导电性能的预测是可行的。
A predictive model based on fuzzy control for electricity conductivity performaces (ECP) is proposed in the paper.The results show that the ECP of the annealed copper alloys for lead frames can be predicted by the model.
