摘要
串联马达和加长马达是为了提高常规螺杆钻具的工作特性而产生的新型钻井液马达 ,其工作原理都是通过增加马达的级数获得高功率、大扭矩的输出。在介绍常规钻井液马达的基础上 ,主要介绍了串联马达和加长马达的工作原理、基本结构、工作特性和技术发展趋势 ,并介绍了它们的应用及带来的效益。由于串联马达和加长马达具有大扭矩特性 ,可显著提高机械钻速 ,降低钻井成本 。
Both tandem motor and lengthened motor are novel mud motors d eveloped to improve the performance of conventional screw drill, and their working mechan isms are basically the same, which aims to obtain high power and high torque out put by increasing motor series. Based on the brief introduction of conventional mud motor, the working mechanism, basic structure, performances and developing t endency of the tandem and lengthened motors were illustrated, together with thei r benefits also presented. As the conventional tool for extended reach wells, th ey have improved ROP remarkably due to their higher torque, and this also cut do wn the drilling cost dramatically.
