摘要
提出了一种描述图像特征的圆谐-傅立叶矩,对圆谐-傅立叶矩的特性进行了初步分析.用圆谐-傅立叶矩可以完整、无冗余地重建原图像,选取有限数量的低阶圆谐-傅立叶矩与同级次的圆谐-傅立叶函数的乘积叠加求和,可以近似地重建原图像.实验结果表明,圆谐-傅立叶矩有很好的图像描述能力,使用10阶以上的圆谐-傅立叶矩就能较清晰地重建原图像.
Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments for describing images were proposed in the paper.We take up the preliminary analyze about the specific properties of Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments.With the help of Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments,we reconstructed original image precisely.The approximate reconstructed original image could be made by multiplying the lower order of limited Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments and the same class of Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments.The result of experiment proved that Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments have a good ability for image description,even very little amount of independent Radial-Harmonic-Fourier Moments can reconstruct the original image.
