快速测定水、土壤中有机磷农药含量的研究 被引量:8

A RESEARCH ON THE MEASUREMENT FOR RAPID DETERMINATION OF ORGANOPHOSPHOROUS PESTICIDES IN WATER AND SOIL

摘要 提出了用K2S2O8溶液将有机磷转化成无机磷酸盐来测定有机磷农药含量的方法.将转化后的溶液中加入一定量的显色剂(钼酸铵、抗坏血酸、硫酸和酒石酸锑氧基钾)生成磷钼蓝,其最大吸收波长为710nm;当有机磷农药的含磷量在0.05~1.00mg/L范围时,浓度C与吸光值A具有很好的线性关系,符合比尔定律;显色的适宜温度为250~400℃,显色时间30min.实际样品检测结果表明,敌敌畏、乐果、草甘膦的检出限分别为0.021、0.039、0.065mg/L,平均加标回收范围为90%~98%;4种固体粒子对3种有机磷农药的吸附能力分别为:①敌敌畏:呼和浩特市土壤>黄河水体沉积物>东胜土壤>杭锦2#土;②乐果:呼和浩特市土壤>杭锦2#土>黄河水体沉积物>东胜土壤;③草甘膦:呼和浩特市土壤>东胜土壤>杭锦2#土. The paper advanced a new method which can turn organic phosphorus to inorganic phosphorus and measure the content of organophosphorous pesticides.Phospho-molybdic blue was formed when the color reagent (ammonium molybdate,L-ascorbigen,sulfuric acid and potassium antimony tartrate) was added into the transformed solution,λ_max=710?nm.Beer's law was obeyed when the content of phosphorous in organophosphorous pesticides ranged from 0.05~1.00?mg/L.The proper temperature is 25~40?℃,and the time for color development is 30?min.Detection of specimen was Carried out: the detection limits of DDVP,Rogor and Glyphosate were 0.021?0.039 and 0.065?mg/L,spiking ranged from 90% to 98%, and the adsorption power of three organophosphorous pesticides on four soil was as followed: ① DDVP:Huhhot's soil>Yellow River's sediments>Hang Jin 2~# soil>Dong Sheng's soil; ② Rogor:Huhhot's soil>Hang Jin 2~# soil>Yellow River's sediments>Dong Sheng's soil; ③ Herbicide glyphosate:Huhhot's soil>Dong Sheng's soil>Hang Jin 2~# soil.
