摘要
包头钢铁厂的平炉尘含铁量高,粒径微细,以γ Fe2O3为主,经过提纯分级可以作为生产超细磁性材料的原料.在有Co2+存在及避免氧化的条件下,将平炉尘转化为超细尖晶石型铁酸盐CoFe2O4,测定了磁滞回线并对其磁性进行了研究.
The open-heath dust from Baotou Iron and Steel Company is fine in particle size,its iron content is high, mainly exits in γ-Fe_2O_3 type.After purification it can become raw material for magnetic material.Applying principal of topotactic reaction in the same crystal class,in the presence of bivalence Co~2+ metal ion and preventing from air oxidizing,the dust was transferred to spinal ferrite CoFe_2O_4, The magnetic properties of spinel ferrite CoFe_2O_4 were studies, and their magnetic hysteresis loop were determined.
