内蒙古中部乡级土地利用状况比较研究——以和林格尔县舍必崖乡和羊群沟乡为例

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF LAND USE IN THE MIDDLE OF INNER MONGOLIA

对比研究了地处农牧交错区的以农业为主和以牧业为主的乡的土地利用现状.其存在的问题是有林地较少,生态环境差;投入不足,生产力低;土地存在不同程度的退化.根据两者不同的地域特点,探讨了土地可持续利用的对策:退耕种草种树,恢复生态环境;增加科技投入,促进环境与经济协调发展;治理退化土地,形成防治体系等.

This paper studies the land use of two villages in the middle of Inner Mongolia,and discuss the problems of land use:their natural condition become worse with the decreasing of woodland cover;and land productivity become lower because of little investment in land.Moreover there are some degrees of land degeneration.According to regional character of two villages,the solution should be:restoring grass and tree,devoting science and technology to promote development of environment and economics ,and reconstructing the management system to protect land efficiently.
