摘要
本文利用DSC差热分析、红外吸收光谱和正电子湮没试验,研究了硫系非晶态半导体Se的玻璃转变。结果表明,可用Mott等人提出的MDS模型和Kaster等人提出的换价理论对非晶Se的玻璃转变进行解释。
The glass transition occurring in the amorphous semi-coducting Se wasstudied by DSC differential thermal analysis, infrared absorption spectra and positronannihilation technique. The transition seems to be easily explained by MDS modeland valence alternation pair theory developed by Mott et al. and Kaster et al. res-pecticely.
