我国源远流长的监察制度,随着封建专制主义中央集权的国家制度日益向极端的君主专制方向发展,到了明朝也更为完备和严密,为明朝统治树起了一根支柱。本文简单概括了明朝的监察监督机制,分析其不同于以前各朝代的特点,同时对其历史局限性进行了探讨。

The supervisory system in China is of long standing.It became maturity and strictness in Ming Dynasty and was the backbone of the governance by the increasingly development of the natioal system transferred from the feudalism and absolutism of centralization to the extremely emperor despotism.This article is going to sum up the supervisory and monitory system in Ming Dynasty,analysis its characteristics different from the previously dynasties and probe into its historic localization.
