摘要
分析了石油产品供求特点及石油价格变动的特征。在此基础上 ,针对性地提出了我国实施国家石油安全储备战略 ,防止石油价格风险的措施。
An analysis is made of the special features of the supply and demand of oil products and the characteristics of oil price fluctuation. On this basis, the measures for the implementation of China's national strategy for oil security storage are proposed to prevent oil price risks.
