摘要
高反应活性的五配位硅钾化合物与2-氯乙醇反应制备双羟基四配位硅化合物及动力学行为,如温度、不同反应物摩尔比、催化剂等因数对该反应平衡常数和速率常数有影响,并选择出该反应的最佳合成条件。
The chemical kinetics of synthesizing dihydroxyl tetracoordinated silicon was studied, which was prepared by the reaction of a high reactive pentacoordinated silicon with ClCH2CH2OH,the influence of reaction condition including(temperature, concentration, solvents, PH, catalyst)was investigated. The reasonable route and mechanism for the preparation of dihydroxyl tetracoordinated silicon was put forward.
