摘要 变电站是电网调度自动化的主要环节,用来传导、接收并分配电能。而作为电网运行基础设备的重要组成部分,变电站经常会出现各种故障,如果不及时处理,势必会影响电网的正常安全运行。随着变电站规模不断扩大,监控信息验收程序也越来越复杂。现阶段变电站监控信息验收尚未形成完善的、有效的管理控制流程,从而导致信息验收工作质量不断下滑。因此,针对变电站告警验收的现状与其中的问题,设计并实现了标准的智能告警提示验收工作流程,在解决变电站验收时,对各部门工作流程中存在的不规范等问题,提出进一步规范职责和验收过程,提高变电站验收的整体质量与水平。 Substation is the main link of power grid dispatching automation,its main purpose is to transmit,receive and distribute electric energy.However,as an important part of the basic equipment of power grid operation,substation often appears various kinds of faults,and if it is not dealt with in time,it may affect the normal and safe operation of the power grid.With the expansion of substation scale,monitoring information acceptance procedures are becoming more and more complex.At this stage,substation monitoring information acceptance has not yet formed a perfect,effective management and control process,resulting in a continuous decline in the quality of information acceptance work.Therefore,aiming at the current situation and problems of substation intelligent alarm acceptance,the standard intelligent alarm prompt acceptance work flow is designed and implemented to solve the nonstandard problems existing in the work flow of various departments during substation acceptance.Further more,the paper standardizes the responsibility and acceptance process,and improves the overall quality and level of substation acceptance.
