摘要 根据转型背景下高校青年教师压力形成特点,分析影响青年教师压力的主要因素。针对青年教师压力评价问题,给出一种基于熵权法与模糊综合评价法相结合的评价方法。首先构建青年教师压力评价指标体系,利用熵权法确定客观权重,再结合模糊综合评价法计算出最终评价值。以3所转型发展院校为例,通过对青年教师压力进行定量评价,验证了模型的实用性和科学性。 According to the characteristics of pressure formation of young teachers in universities under the background of transformation, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the pressure of young teachers. Aiming at the problem of pressure evaluation of young teachers, an evaluation method based on the combination of entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Firstly, the evaluation index system of pressure of young teachers is constructed,and the objective weight is determined by entropy weight method. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined to calculate the final evaluation value. Taking three transforming and developing universities as examples, the model is verified to be practical and scientific by quantitative evaluation of the pressure on young teachers.
