摘要
大学生课外科技竞赛活动中非专业能力的培养对创新素质的提升具有积极的促进作用。结合光电类专业自身特点,通过分析大学生课外科技竞赛活动中非专业能力培养的创新性表现,研究了非专业能力培养涉及到的团队协作能力、分析表达问题能力、文档撰写能力和演示制作能力等与大学生创新素质提升之间的逻辑关系。结合案例分析,研究了大学生光电设计竞赛中非专业能力在创新素质提升中的积极影响,探索了大学生创新能力提高的新途径。
Cultivation of nonprofessional competences in extra-curricular science and technology competitions of college students has a positive effect on improving qualities of innovation.This paper studied the relationship between innovation quality enhancement of college students and capabilities of team cooperating,analyzing and expressing,writing and demonstration making which are related to nonprofessional competence training.It analyzed innovation performances of nonprofessional competence training in college student extra-curricular science and technology competitions by combining with characteristics of optoelectronics program.By case study,the positive effect of nonprofessional competences involved in photoelectric design competition of college students on improvement of innovation qualities was discussed and explored.It opened new ways to improve innovation abilities of college students.
