摘要
智能电网技术的飞速发展,不仅催生了诸多新的电力通信业务,也促使电力通信业务朝着高速率大容量的方向演进。由于网络在进行业务路由分配时缺乏全局考虑和长远规划,随着业务量的急剧增加,电力通信OTN中网络业务的主要风险已再不是突发性拥塞,而是业务在少数传输链路上的过度集中。因此,通过综合考虑OSNR对业务部署的影响,进一步研究电力OTN业务路由优化方法,这对提高网络的可靠性及风险运行水平具有十分重要的意义。提出了一种面向可靠性的路由优化算法,算法以全网业务风险均衡为目标,并综合考虑时延以及光信噪比约束。在算法的实现上,以遗传算法为基础,在种群进化过程中融合模拟退火和小生境演化思想,提升路由优化算法运行效率的同时获取较高的求解质量,进而对网络中已有业务的业务路由进行全局规划和重新部署。
The rapid development of smart grid technology has not only spawned many new power communication services, but also led to the evolution of power communication business in the direction of high capacity. Due to the lack of global consideration and long-term planning for the distribution of service routes in the network, the distribution of services in the power communication network becomes increasingly prominent as the volume of services increases rapidly. In the electric power communication OTN, the main risk of the network business is no longer sudden congestion happens, but the business is over-concentrated on a few transmission links. This paper proposes reliability-oriented routing optimization algorithm, which takes the risk equalization of the whole network as the goal and considers the delay, optical power and optical signal-to-noise ratio constraints. Based on the genetic algorithm, the idea of simulated annealing and niche evolution is integrated in the process of population evolution. Genetic algorithm can effectively find the optimal solution from a global perspective, while simulated annealing has relatively fine local optimization ability.
